The research is dedicated to optimizing Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) through the established network of Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs). By evaluating service delivery, the project aims to ensure that universal health coverage is both equitable and of high quality for the local population. The study identifies operational gaps and implements evidence-based strategies to improve maternal health, chronic disease management, and emergency care at the grassroots level. |

- Project Research Scientist-III (Medical) (1) : Professional having MBBS/BDS/BAMS degree in relevant subject with 3 years experience in community based health research
