| Project Description | This project aims to use advanced science to help rural farmers produce their own "spawn," which is like the seeds for mushrooms. The research team is working hard to teach people how to create high-quality mushroom versions that can be turned into valuable snacks and medicines. This research is funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India to support the development of next-generation tools for the agricultural industry. Through this medical research into biological behavior, the team hopes to provide a better treatment for crop waste by showing farmers how to use biotechnology to make their products worth more money in the market. |
