All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH Mysore) is currently inviting applications for three contractual positions at the Grade II level, specifically for the roles of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist. Mode of Recruitment :

The selection process at AIISH Mysore involves an initial assessment of practical skills and theoretical knowledge through a mandatory Skill Test. This stage is designed to evaluate the candidate's proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and implementing therapeutic interventions. Following the evaluation, a shortlist of successful candidates will be published on the institute's website. The final selection will be determined based on a merit list that considers the marks obtained in the Skill Test along with the academic performance in the qualifying B.Sc. degree.

Fee Structure :

General, OBC, and EWS candidates are required to pay ₹118, which includes ₹100 as the application fee and 18% GST. SC and ST candidates need to pay ₹48, comprising ₹40 plus 18% GST. Women and PwBD candidates are fully exempted from payment of any application fee.

The fee can be paid either through the BHIM QR Code as provided in the PDF or in cash at the Institute counter. Candidates must clearly mention the Transaction ID or UTR reference number along with the date of payment in the application form. Applications submitted without valid payment proof will be rejected.

How to Apply :

To apply for these clinical positions, a physical application package must be submitted to the Chief Administrative Officer's office in Mysore by the deadline. The submission must include the prescribed form along with self-attested copies of academic and professional credentials.

2. Complete all sections of the form accurately and affix a recent passport-size photograph in the designated space.
3. Clearly state the specific Post Code and the name of the position on the application form and the outer envelope.
4. Gather self-attested photocopies of certificates including age proof, mark sheets for all years of B.Sc., degree certificates, and a valid RCI registration.
5. Make the fee payment through the BHIM QR code or in person at the institute counter, ensuring the Transaction ID or UTR number is recorded.
6. Attach the proof of payment to the application and write the payment details in the relevant section of the form.
7. Place the form and all supporting documents in an envelope and super-scribe it with the job title and post code.
