Preliminary Examination

The preliminary examination will consist of one objective type paper. The paper will include 120 multiple choice questions, out of which 30 questions will be based on general studies and 90 questions will cover the subject concerned. Each question will carry equal weightage.

Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will be shortlisted for the main (written) examination based on merit.

Main Examination

The main examination will consist of descriptive type questions. There will be one paper with questions related to the subject concerned.

Interview

Candidates who qualify in the main (written) examination will be called for an interview. The interview will carry 25 marks. The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined performance in the main examination and the interview.

Fee Structure :

Application fee structure for the recruitment process (prelms exam) is outlined as : Persons with Disabilities (PwDs): ₹25/- Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-Servicemen: ₹65/- All other candidates: ₹125/-

The Main Exam will consist of six papers, each designed to test the candidate's knowledge and understanding of subjects important for the role. The total marks for the Main Exam will be 500.
