Tamilnadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for Combined Civil Services Exam II to fill up 2327 services posts. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements may submit an online application by 19-07-2024. Candidates should submit all pertinent personal and educational information. Mode of Recruitment :
The Combined Civil Services Examination - II (Group II and IIA Services) will consist of two successive stages: (i) a Common Preliminary Examination and (ii) separate Main Examinations for Group II and Group IIA Services. However, for the posts of Forester in the Forest Department and TAFCORN, the selection process will include three successive stages: (i) a Common Preliminary Examination, (ii) a Main Examination, and (iii) an Endurance Test.
The Common Preliminary Examination will comprise 200 questions, totaling 300 marks, with a duration of 3 hours. The Main Examination will consist of two papers, each with a duration of 3 hours.
Fee Structure :
The preliminary examination fee of Rs. 100/- should be paid at the time of submitting the online application.
The main examination fee of Rs. 150/- have to be paid by the candidates, if they are shortlisted for the Main Written Examination.
The application fee is nil for reserved categories..
How to Apply :
The deadline for applications is 19-07-2024. Those who are eligible should only fill out their applications online. Personal and educational information should complete an online application where applicable. A scan of a passport-size photograph and signature should be uploaded in the online application. The printout of the completed online application should be kept for future use.

The Combined Technical Services Examination will comprise two stages: (i) Written Examination and (ii) Interview for all posts, except for the post of College Director of Physical Education and Sports in Government Law Colleges, which will involve three stages: (i) Written Examination, (ii) Physical Fitness Test, and (iii) Interview.
Fee Structure :
Examination fee of Rs. 200/- is to be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
How to Apply :
Candidates who are qualified and interested are required to submit their applications completely online by 14-06-2024. All pertinent data should be stored meticulously. Applicants must upload their scanned photographs and signatures in the online application. Completed application should be kept for future reference. Only qualified candidates will be put on a short list for the selection process, which they will be told about.
