JKPSC Recruitment 2025 JK Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Exam 2025 80 Posts Online Application
Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for JK Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Exam 2025. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online on or before 30-09-2025, after making sure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria.
Candidates applying for the post must possess a valid domicile certificate of Jammu and Kashmir.

Mode of Recruitment :
The scheme of selection and examination will be conducted in successive stages. The process includes the Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination of objective type for the selection of candidates for the Main Examination, followed by the Combined Competitive Main Examination which is written and intended for shortlisting candidates for the Personality Test or Interview. The final stage will be the Personality Test.
The Preliminary Examination will consist of two objective type papers, General Studies I and General Studies II, each carrying a maximum of 200 marks. The marks secured in the Preliminary Examination will be considered only for shortlisting candidates for the Main Examination. It is important to note that there will be negative marking for incorrect answers.
The Main Examination will include a written test along with a Personality Test or Interview. The written part will comprise eight papers of conventional essay type, with one paper being qualifying in nature. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written part of the Main Examination in one or more of the required papers to be eligible for the Personality Test or Interview.
The Personality Test will carry 250 marks.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs 1200/- (Rs 700/- for reserved category) is to be paid online. Application fees is nil for PH candidates.
