Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for the Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGL 2024) to fill 17,727 various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different Ministries, Departments, and Organizations of the Government of India, as well as various Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies, Tribunals, etc. Qualified and interested candidates may submit an online application by 24-07-2024, provided they meet the relevant requirements. Candidates must ensure they adequately mention all personal and educational information.

Mode of Recruitment :
The computer-based examination will be conducted in two tiers: Tier-I and Tier-II. There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.

Candidates will be shortlisted to appear in the Tier-II Examination based on the marks scored in Tier-I.
Fee Structure :
Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD and Ex-servicemen (ESM) categories are exempted from the payment of the application fee.
An application fee of Rs. 100/- should be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
How to Apply :
The application deadline for the aforementioned positions is 24-07-2024, and it can only be submitted electronically. Mode of Recruitment :
The Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Exam Computer-Based Examination will be conducted in two tiers: Tier-I and Tier-II. The Tier-I exam will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) totaling 200 marks. The allotted time for the exam will be 60 minutes. Based on the performance in the Tier-I exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the Tier-II exam. The Tier-II exam will comprise a written test and a skill test.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs 100/- can be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
