The question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions of the objective type. All questions will be available in both English and Hindi, except for the section on English Language and Comprehension, which will be in English only.

Fee Structure :

Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

Application fees of Rs 100/- should be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking.

Paper-I will also include a provision for negative marking. For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. Candidates are therefore advised to answer carefully, keeping this marking scheme in mind.

Mode of Recruitment :

Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGLE 2025) is meticulously structured into two distinct tierse i.e Tier I and Tier II.

Tier-I Examination Scheme:

The first tier of the examination, known as Tier-I, will comprise an objective-type test. This stage is primarily intended to filter candidates based on their foundational understanding across various subjects.

The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two tiers, as described :

The Tier-I Examination comprises four parts: English Language (Basic Knowledge), General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill), and General Awareness. Each section consists of 25 questions carrying a total of 50 marks. The complete exam is of 60 minutes duration. However, candidates eligible for a scribe under the specified guidelines will be given 80 minutes in total.
