The Physical Endurance and Measurement Test is qualifying in nature. The standards differ for male and female candidates and are age-based. For male candidates, the 1600 meters race, long jump, and high jump standards vary depending on whether they are up to 30 years, between 30 and 40 years, or min 40 years. Female candidates, including departmental and widow/divorced/separated women, will be assessed in the 800 meters race, long jump, and high jump with age-specific standards.

The Trade Test and the Test of English Word Processing will be conducted by Delhi Police. The English Word Processing test requires a speed of 1000 key depressions in 15 minutes and will be conducted only in English. The Test of Basic Computer Functions will include tasks such as opening and closing the PC, printing, using MS Office, saving and modifying text, paragraph setting, and numbering. All candidates must qualify in each stage to move forward in the selection process.
