Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) welcomes online applications for 3181 posts of Female Health Worker. Applications must be submitted before due date after confirming eligibility status.

Mode of Recruitment :

The commission will conduct either an OMR-based or Computer-Based Test (CBT), depending on the post. If the examination for a particular subject is conducted in multiple groups, the marks obtained by candidates will be normalized. In such cases, the merit list will be prepared based on the normalized scores, and the candidates will be informed accordingly.

Structure of the Examination

• The examination will be conducted in the form of a main written test.
• All questions will be multiple-choice and objective type. Each question will carry one mark.
• There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. The medium of the examination will be Hindi or English.
• The duration of the main examination will be one hour (60 minutes), and a total of 50 questions will be asked.

Fee Structure :

The application fee is Rs 50/- for SC and ST candidates belonging to Jharkhand State, while it is Rs 100/- for all other candidates.

The fee should be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Eligible and interested candidates must complete applications only through an online facility by the due date. All related details must be maintained carefully. Mode of Recruitment :

The merit list will be prepared based on the written examination, academic qualifications, intermediate (10+2) marks, technical training, and relevant work experience. Only those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks as per category in the prescribed criteria will be considered for merit calculation. The distribution of marks will be as :

a) Marks obtained in the examination conducted by the commission – Maximum 50 marks

b) Technical qualification (ANM) – Maximum 10 marks

• min 60% marks , or equivalent grade – 10 marks
• Less than 60% and up to 45% marks, or equivalent grade – 7 marks
• Under 45% marks, or equivalent grade – 5 marks

c) Educational qualification – Maximum 40 marks

(a) Matriculation

• min 60% marks , or equivalent grade – 20 marks
• Less than 60% and up to 45% marks, or equivalent grade – 15 marks
• Below 45% marks, or equivalent grade – 10 marks

(b) Intermediate (10+2)

• min 60% marks or equivalent grade – 20 marks
• Less than 60% and up to 45% marks, or equivalent grade – 15 marks
• Under 45% marks, or equivalent grade – 10 marks

Fee Structure :
