Punjab Police Recruitment 2025 Constable 1746 Posts Online Application
Punjab Police (Punjab Police) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 1746 posts of Constable (in District and Armed Cadre). Candidates who meet the requirements and are interested can fill out an online application on or before 13-03-2025. All of the personal and educational information about the candidate should be mentioned.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will consist of a Common Computer-Based Test followed by the Physical Screening Test (PST) / Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
Common Computer-Based Test (CBT):
The Computer-Based Test will include two papers:
- Paper I: Contains 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 1 mark. The duration of this paper will be 2 hours.
- Paper II (Punjabi Language Test): Comprises 50 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 1 mark.
Based on performance in the Common Computer-Based Test, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage, which is the Physical Screening Test (PST) / Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
Physical Screening Test (PST):
Male Candidates:
- 1600 meters run: To be completed within 7 minutes
- Long Jump: Minimum 3.65 meters
- High Jump: Minimum 1.10 meters
Ex-Servicemen Male Candidates:
- 1400 meters walk and run: To be completed within 12 minutes
- 10 full squats: To be completed within 3 minutes
Female Candidates:
- 800 meters run: To be completed within 5 minutes
- Long Jump: Minimum 2.75 meters
- High Jump: Minimum 0.90 meters
Only those candidates who meet the required physical standards will proceed to the next stage of the selection process.

- Ex-Servicemen Male Candidates :

- Female Candidates :
- 800 meters run to be completed in 5 minutes

Fee Structure :
The application fee is Rs 500/- for Ex-Servicemen (ESM), Rs 650/- for SC/ST/EWS, and Rs 1150/- for other posts. Application fees are to be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
