DRDO Recruitment 2026 ITI Apprentices (DRDL) Posts Online Application

Defence Research and Development Organisation has issued a notification for engagement of ITI Apprentices at Defence Research and Development Laboratory on a contractual basis. Eligible candidates who wish to undergo apprenticeship training in technical trades can submit their applications after ensuring they meet the required eligibility conditions. Applications must be completed and submitted on or before 29-01-2026.

ITI Apprentice apprenticeship at Defence Research and Development Laboratory where selected candidates will receive practical training in their respective trades and learn through hands on work in a professional technical environment. The training is conducted under the Apprentices Act 1961 and focuses on building industry relevant skills. The apprenticeship is for a fixed duration of one year from 01-04-2026 to 31-03-2027.

Note : Candidates already undergoing or who have completed apprenticeship training at DRDL or elsewhere are not eligible.

13. Place the complete application set in a closed envelope.

Defence Research and Development Organisation will conduct a walkin interview on 11-02-2026 for engagement of Research Associate and Junior Research Fellow at Defence Materials and Stores Research and Development Establishment, Kanpur. A total of 3 fellowship based positions are available on a contractual basis.

Selected candidates will be associated with research work in the areas of defence materials, chemistry and allied disciplines under ongoing projects of DMSRDE. The fellowship engagement will be for a fixed period of two years, subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions and performance requirements.

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications for 10 contractual positions of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) at the Centre for Airborne Systems (CABS).

Candidates selected for this fellowship will engage in advanced research activities associated with the indigenous Airborne Early Warning and Control Programme, working specifically with the Airborne Surveillance Platform. This role offers an initial tenure of two years, which may be extended for another two years depending on the candidate's performance and project requirements within the defence aviation sector.
