DCDHG Meghalaya Recruitment 2024 Guardsman, SI, NCE and Driver 445 Posts Application Form
445 posts of Guardsman, SI, NCE and Driver in Directorate of Civil Defence and Home Guards Meghalaya (DCDHG Meghalaya) will be filled up on permanent basis. Interested Candidates may send their applications as per given format with all required documents of qualification, experience, age to the given address so that it reaches by 01-05-2024.

Mode of Recruitment :
The recruitment process for the aforementioned posts will include a Physical Efficiency Test (100 Marks), a Written Examination (300 Marks), and an Interview (50 Marks).

Directorate of Civil Defence and Home Guards Meghalaya is inviting applications from interested candidates for the recruitment to the posts of Guardsman, Driver, Sub Inspector and Various on permanent basis. Important Dates :

Selection Process :
Stringent criteria shall be applied for short listing the applicants to be called for Physical Measurement Test, Written Examination and Interview.
Selection for Sub-Inspectors: Physical Efficiency Test of 100 marks. Height:- Male (ST including other tribes of Meghalaya)- 157cm Male Others- 162cm Female (ST including other tribes of Meghalaya) - 152cm Female Others - 157.
Written test will be of 300 marks and Interview: 50 Marks.
Selection for post of Guardsman, Driver: Physical Efficiency Test Height:- Male (ST including other tribes of Meghalaya)-157 cms Male (Other)-162 cms. Female (ST including other tribes of MeghalayaJ-150 cms. Female [other)- 154 cms of 200 marks.
Writtten test will be of 200 marks and Interview: 50 marks.
Selection for recruitment to the post of Non combatant Employees: Height: Male ST including other tribes of Meghalaya) -152.5cms Male [Other)-158 cms. Female (ST including other tribes of Meghalaya)- 149cms. Female (other- 154cms) 200 Marks. and Trade Test-cum Interview: 50 marks.
Only those candidates who qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test will be allowed to appear in the written examination. written examination for the post of Sub-lnspectors shall consists of the 3 papers).
(a) General English -lncluding prticis writing, essay writing, drafting and questions on grammar. (b) Elementary, Mathrthematics, Power of Reasoning and Elementary Science (Multipte choice/OMR based) : [c) General Knowledge (Muttiple choice/OMR based).
Fee Structure :
No fee is required to be paid by all categories.
