RGPV Admission 2025 Diploma Courses (BSF Polytechnic) Application Form
BSF Polytechnic offers three-year full-time Diploma courses in Automobile Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. These programs are affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, and are duly approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and DTE Bhopal.
Admissions to BSF Polytechnic can be taken under these three schemes:
- Regular Admission: Open to candidates who have passed Class 10, irrespective of their subject background (Science/Non-Science/Any Subjects).
- Lateral Entry (Direct Admission to 2nd Year): Available for ITI holders in any trade.
- Working Professional Scheme: Designed for working professionals or job holders who have passed Class 12 with PCM or have completed ITI in any trade.
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma: Candidates must have completed the Matriculation (10th) / SSC examination or an equivalent examination from the Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh, or any other recognized board.
Lateral Diploma: Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination under the (10+2) system and successfully completed a two-year or longer course in any trade from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI).

Admission to the mentioned courses will be conducted through a counseling process. Candidates will be shortlisted for counseling based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
The counseling session is scheduled to take place on 27th June 2025.
Application Fee :
The demand draft of Rs. 200/- should be issued from SBI or UCO Bank, drawn in favor of CSMT EDUCATION FUND, TEKANPUR, and payable at SBI Tekanpur (Branch Code: 8284).
Alternatively, the payment can be made through an Indian Postal Order (IPO) of Rs. 200, payable at the Post Office, Tekanpur.
