National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) invites applications for the NIFT Entrance Examination for admissions into Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. programs for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates interested in pursuing their studies at NIFT are required to submit their applications exclusively through the online mode.

For Undergraduate (UG) Programmes: Candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 education from a recognized board or institute.

For Postgraduate (PG) Programmes: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.

For Ph.D. Courses: Candidates are required to have a Master’s degree in the respective discipline from a recognized university or institute.

Applicants are advised to verify their eligibility for the desired program before proceeding with the application process.

Admission Procedure:

Admission to the mentioned programs will be determined based on candidates' performance in the entrance test. Only those who qualify in the entrance test will be invited to participate in the counseling process for seat allocation.

Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly for the entrance examination, as qualifying is mandatory to proceed to the next stage of the admission process. Details regarding the counseling schedule and procedures will be communicated to the qualified candidates in due course.

Application Fee :

The application fee should be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. The fee structure is as :

• For Open / Open-EWS / OBC (NCL) Categories: Rs 3000
• For SC / ST / PwD Categories: Rs 1500
• For Open / Open-EWS / OBC (NCL) Categories applying for two programs : Rs 4500
• For SC / ST / PwD Categories applying for two programs : Rs 2250

Candidates are required to ensure the payment is completed successfully, as it is a mandatory step for the application submission process. Payment confirmations will be available upon successful transaction.

How to Apply :

Applications for the mentioned courses should be submitted online on or before the due dates. Candidates should fill all of their personal and educational information into the appropriate sections of the online application in accordance with their certifications.
