NIT Arunachal Pradesh Admission 2025 MTech/MSc Course Online Application
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Arunachal Pradesh invites applications from eligible and interested candidates for admission to vacant seats in its regular M.Tech and M.Sc. programmes for the academic year 2025. These seats are available after the completion of the CCMT/CCMN 2025 admission rounds.
The M.Tech programmes are offered in six specialisations: Structural Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Microelectronics and Intelligent System, Power Electronics and Sustainable Energy, Digital Manufacturing in Energy Systems, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
The M.Sc. programme is offered in Data Science. Admission will be based on a written test followed by a personal interview. Preference will be given to GATE-qualified candidates for M.Tech and JAM-qualified candidates for M.Sc.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for M.Tech in SE, CSE, MEIS, PESE, or DMES must hold a B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline. For M.Tech in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a B.Tech degree in any discipline is acceptable.
For the M.Sc. in Data Science, candidates must have a B.Sc. degree in the relevant subject. A minimum of 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% marks . All qualifications must be from a recognized university or institute.

Admission to all M.Tech and M.Sc. programmes will be made on the basis of a written test followed by a personal interview. Preference will be given to candidates with valid GATE or JAM scores, depending on the programme.

Interested candidates must get the application form and send the filled-in form via email to the respective Head of Department. The list of email IDs for each department is provided in the official notification. It is important to ensure that the application reaches the concerned department before the deadline of 05-08-2025, 5:00 p.m. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.
