NIT Arunachal Pradesh Admission 2025 PhD Course Application Form


National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh (NIT Arunachal Pradesh) has invited applications for admission to its Ph.D. program for the July–December 2025 session. The program is available under both full-time and part-time categories across various departments.

Interested candidates may submit their applications in the prescribed format. Applications submitted in any other format will not be considered.



Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should possess a master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, M.Sc., M.Com, or M.A.) in relevant fields from a recognized university.



Important Dates:

Last date of submission of application form : 15-05-2025
Date of written test and interview : 23rd June– 15th July 2025
Date of admission : 6 th -8 th August 2025
Commencement of class : 12-08-2025

Admission Procedure:

Selection will be conducted through a written test and/or a personal interview by the respective departments.



Application Fee :

A non-refundable fee for Rs. 300/- (Rs 150/- for ST/SC/PwD candidates) is to be deposited to Canara bank account Name: “NIT,AP FEE ACCOUNT” Account number: 3435101005134, IFSC- CNRB0003435, MIRC – 791015002.

How to Apply :

Candidates interested in applying to more than one department or category must submit separate application forms along with the required fees and supporting documents.

The duly filled application form, along with self-attested documents, must be emailed to the respective Heads of Departments (HoDs) with the subject line: "Ph.D. Admission in the Department of XYZ."

Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents for verification, along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC), to the respective HoDs if selected.
