NIT Arunachal Pradesh Admission 2025 MTech/MSc Course Online Application
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Arunachal Pradesh invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into the M.Tech and M.Sc programmes for the academic session 2025. This admission process is being held against the vacant seats remaining after CCMT/CCMN 2025. The institute offers full-time regular M.Tech programmes in the given specializations: Structural Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Microelectronics and Intelligent Systems, Power Electronics and Sustainable Energy, Digital Manufacturing in Energy Systems, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Interested candidates may submit the filled-in application form via email to the respective Heads of Departments (HoDs) by 5:00 p.m. on 18-07-2025.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for M.Tech in SE, CSE, MEIS, PESE, or DMES must have a B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline.
For the M.Tech in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a B.Tech degree in any discipline is acceptable.
Applicants to the M.Sc in Data Science must possess a B.Sc degree in a relevant discipline.
All candidates should have secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% marks, from a recognized university or institute.

The last date for submitting the application form is : 18-07-2025 by 5:00 p.m.
Admission Procedure:
Admission to all M.Tech and M.Sc programmes will be based on a written test followed by a personal interview. Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified GATE (for M.Tech) or JAM (for M.Sc).

The duly filled application form, completed in the prescribed format, must be submitted along with scanned copies of all relevant documents. Applicants are required to send these via email to the respective email ID provided in the admission notification. All submissions must be made on or before the due date of 18t-07-2025.
