MDNIY Admission 2021 Yoga Training Course Online Application

Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) has released an admission notification for the Yoga Training Course (Non-Certification Programme) for the academic year 2021-22. Candidates have to apply online for this admission process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility: Open for all.

Health Criteria: No Person with acute/chronic/communicable disease is allowed.

Admission Procedure:

Selection will be done based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Candidates will be intimated about the selection process in due course.

Application Fee :

Candidates should pay Rs. 800/- to the Institute Bank account number by using any payment method and thereafter note down the Transaction ID for record purposes.

MDNIY Admission 2021 Diploma Yoga Science (DYSc) Course Application Form

Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) has given an admission notification for Diploma Yoga Science (DYSc) Course for the academic year 2021. Candidates have to apply offline for this admission process. The duration of the course is 01 year.

75 (including EWS category) + 22 seats are reserved for the special categories. 15% seats over and the total seats shall be for foreign candidates. 05% seats over and the total seats shall be for the PwD category

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate possessing a Graduate degree (qualifying examination) in any discipline from a recognized University in India or abroad with a minimum of 50% of marks is eligible for admission to the Diploma in Yoga Science (for General Merit Candidates). However, for SC/ST/OBC candidates it will be 45% for eligibility to admission.

Date of 1st Counseling Session for admission: 18-08-2021 and 19-08-2021

Date of 2nd Counseling Session for admission: 23-08-2021 and 24-08-2021
Commencement of Academic Session: 01-09-2021

Admission Procedure:

The selection will be based on the Written Examination. There will be a Question paper of 100 Multiple Choice Questions carrying 01 marks each. Syllabus of the examination:

General Awareness: 25 marks
General Biology: 25 marks
Comprehension ability: 25 marks
Yoga: 25 marks

General Awareness:
Indian History, Indian Geography, Fundamental Rights and duties, National Academic Institutes, Current Affairs (National and International), Who's Who, Important Days, International and National Organizations.

General Biology: Class 8th, 9th, 10thCBSE board

Comprehension ability: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary building, Parts of speech, Active Passive voice, Direct Indirect Speech.

Yoga: General knowledge about Yoga, Knowledge about International Day of Yoga, the subject matter in Common Yoga Protocol

Application Fee :

Candidates should pay Rs. 1000/- as application fees through DD. Demand Draft will be taken in any Nationalized Bank in favour of "MORARJI DESAI NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF YOGA, NEW DELHI", payable at New Delhi.
