JEE Mains 2025 Joint Entrance Exam Online Application


National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued notice for conducting Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2025.
JEE (Main) exam includes two papers. Paper 1 is designed for admissions to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E./B. Tech) offered at institutions like NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and universities recognized by participating State Governments. Additionally, Paper 1 serves as an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), required for admission to IITs. Paper 2, on the other hand, is conducted for admissions to B. Arch and B. Planning programs across the country.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have passed the Class XII or equivalent examination in 2023 or 2024, or those who will be appearing in the Class XII or equivalent examination in 2025, are eligible to apply for JEE (Main) - 2025.

Important Dates:

Session 1 (January 2025)

  • Online Submission of Application Form: 28-10-2024 to 22-11-2024 (up to 09:00 P.M.)
  • Last date for successful transaction of prescribed Application Fee: 22-11-2024 (up to 11:50 P.M.)
  • Correction in Particulars of the online Application Form: Will be displayed on the NTA website
  • City Intimation Slip: First week of January 2025 (Tentatively)
  • Downloading Admit Cards from the NTA website: 03 days before the date of the Examination
  • Dates of Examination: Between 22 January to 31 January 2025
  • Display of Question Paper attempted by the Candidate and Answer Keys for inviting challenges: Will be displayed on the NTA website
  • Declaration of Result: By 12 February 2025

Session 2 (April 2025)

  • Online Submission of Application Form: 31-01-2025 to 24-02-2025 (up to 09:00 P.M.)
  • Last date for successful transaction of prescribed Application Fee: 24-02-2025 (up to 11:50 P.M.)
  • Correction in Particulars of the online Application Form: Will be displayed on the NTA website
  • City Intimation Slip: Second week of March 2025
  • Downloading Admit Cards from the NTA website: 03 days before the date of the Examination
  • Dates of Examination: Between 01 April to 08 April 2025 (Tentatively)
  • Display of Question Paper attempted by the Candidate and Answer Keys for inviting challenges: Will be displayed on the NTA website
  • Declaration of Result: By 17 April 2025


Admission Procedure:

Successful candidates in JEE Mains shall be eligible for admission into NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and universities recognized by participating State Governments across country.
Successful candidates in JEE Mains shall also be eligible to appear for JEE (Advanced), which is the eligibility test for admission into IITs across the country.

How to Apply :

Eligible candidates may apply online for JEE Mains 2025 through the online application facility provided by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Please ensure all information is accurate before submission, as incomplete or incorrect applications may affect eligibility. A print copy of application form can be kept for future reference.
