Candidates will be called for an interview based on their GATE score. Those who do not have a GATE score will need to appear for the university's written exam. A merit list for the interview will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written exam.Application Fee :
Application fees is Rs 300/- for SC/ST/PWD Category and Rs 500/- for other category candidates, to be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.How to Apply :

International Institute of Information Technology Naya Raipur (IIIT Naya Raipur) has announced the opening of applications for admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program, commencing in the Autumn Semester of 2024. The Ph.D. program will be offered in various disciplines, including Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Physics, Mathematics, Humanities, and Management. The minimum duration of the PhD program (excluding dropped semester(s) / maternity leave) is 3 years from the date of joining.
Eligibility Criteria:
A 1-year/2-semester Master's degree program after a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor’s degree program or a 2-year/4-semester Master’s degree program after a 3-year bachelor’s degree program or qualifications equivalent , with min 55% marks.Important Dates:

Students who qualify for fellowships/scholarships in UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/CEED and similar national-level tests will be called for an interview. Alternatively, students may be shortlisted for the interview through an entrance test conducted by IIIT-NR. The entrance test will consist of 50% research methodology and 50% subject-specific questions.Application Fee :
