Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi (IIT BHU) is inviting online applications for admission into M.Tech/ M.Pharma/ Ph.D Courses of Odd Semester of the Academic Session 2023-24. Applicants should carefully read the admission brochure before applying to the courses.
Eligibility Criteria:
For M.Tech/ M.Pharma Courses: Candidates should complete B.Tech/ B.Pharma course from a recognized University/ Institute with valid GATE/GPAT Score.For Ph.D Course: Candidates should possess Master's Degree/ ME/ M.tech from a recognized University/ Institute with an aggregate of 60% of marks.

For Ph.D Programme, Admission will be based on written test/online interview/online counselling of the candidates shortlisted by the Department/School concerned. For M.Tech/ M.Pharma, admission is based on their valid GATE/ GPAT Score.Application Fee :
General category candidates should pay fee of Rs. 500/-, Rs. 250/- for reserved category candidates. Fee should be payable through online mode.How to Apply :
