Forest Research Institute Dehradun (FRI Dehradun) is accepting applications for enrollment in the Ph.D. Programme in Forestry for the year 2024. Interested candidates aspiring to register as research scholars for a Ph.D. degree in Forestry may submit their applications by 28-06-2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should have completed a 1-year/2-semester Master's degree program after a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor's degree program, or a 2-year/4-semester Master's degree program after a 3-year Bachelor's degree program, with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade.Important Dates:

Selection for admission to the Ph.D. course will be based on an entrance test followed by an interview. The written test will consist of 200 questions. Candidates who qualify for UGC-NET, UGC-CSIR NET, GATE, CEED, or similar national-level tests are exempt from the entrance test.Application Fee :
The application fee of Rs 1500/- must be paid via a bank draft made payable to the Registrar, FRI Deemed to be University, Dehradun.How to Apply :

The duly filled application form, along with photocopies of relevant documents and a demand draft for the application fee, should be sent to the Registrar, FRI Deemed to be University, P.O.
