CLAT 2022 Common Law Admission Test Online Application


Consortium of National Law Universities has released notification to announce the details of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2022) for admission to Under Graduate and Post Graduate Course of Law for the academic year 2022. Candidates who are looking for concerned course, can submit their application only through online mode.

Eligibility Criteria:

For UG Courses:
Candidates should have completed Higher Secondary examinations or its equivalent with min 45% marks from any State/Centre Examination board.
For PG Courses: Candidates should have completed Bachelor's Degree (LLB) with min 50% marks from any recognized University.

Admission Procedure:

The UG-CLAT 2022 will carry 150 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. Duration of exam will be 2 hours.
The PG-CLAT 2022 will be of 120 minutes duration with two section and 1st section will have 100 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. The second section will have 2 descriptive essays. Candidates who secure 40% (35% in case of SC, ST, and PWD) marks in the objective section will qualify for the evaluation of their answers in the descriptive section.

Application Fee :

Candidates need to pay prescribed fees only through online mode by use of debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
Fees is : Rs 3500/- for SC/ST/BPL category candidates and Rs 4000/- for other candidates.

How to Apply :

Candidates need to fill application only through provided online facility. Candidates should fill required details carefully in online application. Personal email id and mobile number should also be filled in online Application. After final submission of application, a print of application should retain for future use.
