CAT 2025 Common Admission Test for MBA Course Online Application
The Indian Institutes of Management will conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 on November 30, 2025, in three sessions across multiple cities. CAT is a computer-based national-level entrance examination that serves as a gateway for admission into the MBA and other postgraduate management programs offered by IIMs. In addition, CAT scores are also accepted by several non-IIM institutions as part of their admission process.Candidates are advised to carefully read the official notification before applying.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute with at least 50 percent marks. Candidates who have completed professional qualifications such as CA, CS, or ICWA are also eligible to apply. Students who are in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree program are permitted to apply, provided they complete all eligibility requirements within the specified timelines.
Important Dates:

- Registration closes: 13-09-2025 (5:00 PM)
- Test date: 30-11-2025
- Result declaration: First week of January 2026 (Tentative)
Admission Procedure:
CAT 2025 will be conducted online in designated test centres located across approximately 170 cities in India. Candidates may select up to five preferred cities during registration. The examination will include multiple-choice as well as non-multiple-choice questions, designed to evaluate quantitative ability, verbal ability and reading comprehension, and data interpretation and logical reasoning. The test will be of two hours duration and will follow a marking scheme where three marks will be awarded for each correct response and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect multiple-choice response.
Application Fee :
The application fee for CAT 2025 is Rs. 1300 for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Persons with Disability categories, and Rs. 2600 for all other candidates. The fee is to be paid online using debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Fill all of the information on the application form in the designated places. Attest to a recent passport-size photograph on the application form. Check all the details and submit the form on or before the last date for submission of the application form.Related :
