CIT Kokrajhar Admission 2025 Diploma/UG(B.Tech/B.Des)/PG(M.Tech/M.Des)/Ph.D Courses Online Application

The Central Institute of Technology (CIT), Kokrajhar, is now accepting applications for admission to its Diploma, Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. programs for the academic session 2025. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to submit their applications online through the official admission portal before the specified deadline.

The programs are being offered:

• Diploma Programs
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
• Bachelor of Design (B.Des)
• Master of Technology (M.Tech)
• Master of Design (M.Des)
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma Programs: Candidates must have passed the 10th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• Undergraduate Programs (B.Tech / B.Des):
  • B.Tech (Direct Entry): Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board with the required minimum percentage.
  • B.Tech (Lateral/Vertical Entry): Should hold a Diploma in a relevant field of engineering or technology.
  • B.Des (Direct/Vertical Entry): Must have completed 10+2 in any stream. A design aptitude test may be part of the selection process.
• Postgraduate Programs (M.Tech / M.Des):
  • M.Tech: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) in a relevant discipline is required.
  • M.Des: A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is required. Admission may be based on an entrance test and/or interview.
• Ph.D. Programs: Candidates must possess a Master's degree in the relevant discipline with the required minimum percentage. Additionally, they must qualify in the Ph.D. entrance examination and interview.

Admission Procedure:

• Admission to B.Tech, B.Des, M.Tech, M.Des, and Diploma programs is conducted through entrance examinations specific to each program.
• Ph.D. admissions are carried out in two stages: candidates must first qualify in a written entrance test, followed by a personal interview.

Application Fee :

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.Des: ₹1200
  ₹600 for SC/ST/PWD candidates
• M.Tech / M.Des / Ph.D: ₹1500
  ₹750 for SC/ST/PWD candidates

The application fee should be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking through the official payment gateway.

How to Apply :

Eligible and desirous candidates may fill the application form online. Fill the application form in all respects and upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and other required certificates at the appropriate places. Read all the details before submitting the application form. Take a printed copy for future reference.
