Bhagwant University Admission 2024 PhD Course Online Application
Bhagwant University is now accepting online applications for admission to its Ph.D. program for the 2024-2025 academic year. Aspiring candidates interested in pursuing research opportunities at the university are invited to apply for the program.
Selection for the Ph.D. program will be based on the Research Entrance Test (BGPET) scheduled for January 2025. Candidates must appear for this test as part of the selection process.
Applications for the BGPET can be submitted exclusively through the online mode. Candidates are advised to review the eligibility criteria, research areas, and other important details before submitting their applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility criteria for admission to the Ph.D. program at Bhagwant University for the 2024-2025 academic year are as :
- Candidates must possess a Master's degree in the respective discipline from a recognized university or institute, with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
- Candidates who have completed NET (National Eligibility Test), M.Phil, GRE (Graduate Record Examination), or GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) are also eligible to apply for the program.

Admission Procedure:
The selection process for the Ph.D. program at Bhagwant University will be based entirely on the candidate's performance in the entrance test, which is scheduled for 5 January 2025. Candidates will be assessed on their subject knowledge and research aptitude during the examination.
However, candidates who have already qualified in one of the exams are exempt from taking the entrance test:
- GRE (Graduate Record Examination)
- GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering)
- M.Phil
- NET (National Eligibility Test)
- GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test)
These candidates will be considered based on their valid scorecards, and they will directly proceed to the next stage of the selection process.
Application Fee :
The application fee for the Ph.D. program at Bhagwant University is Rs 1000/-. This fee should be paid online at the time of application submission.
