ASTU JLEE Exam Date - Lateral Entry Admission 2025 (22-06-2025)
Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has scheduled the Joint Lateral Entry Examination (JLEE) 2025 for 22-06-2025. This state-level entrance examination facilitates lateral admission into the third semester of B.Tech programs across engineering colleges in Assam. The examination will be conducted in an offline, pen-and-paper format, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at designated centers in Guwahati and Jorhat. The test comprises 100 multiple-choice questions, totaling 400 marks, covering subjects such as Mathematics, Basic Computer Science, Engineering Graphics, and the candidate's specific branch of engineering. Each correct answer awards four marks, while one mark is deducted for every incorrect response.
Candidates who completed the online application process between May 23 and June 2, 2025, can download their admit cards starting June 12, 2025. The admit card will contain essential details, including the candidate's name, roll number, examination center, and important instructions. It is mandatory to carry the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination center. Candidates are advised to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure smooth entry and adherence to examination protocols.
