SSC CHSL Exam 2015 LDC, DEO 6578 Posts Online Application
Staff Selection Commission (CGL Exam Tier-I) has opened application process for Its Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam 2015 (CHSL) for Recruitment of Total 6578 Candidates as Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants in Indian Postal Deprtment, Lower Divsion Clerks and Data Entry Operators in Various Government Offices.
Applications can be made Online or Offline by 13-07-2015, Extended to 20-07-2015 by eligible Indian candidates who have successfully completed the Intermediate (12th) Level exams. Part 1 of Online Applications should be completed by 11-07-2015, Extended to 17-07-2015.
The Examination will be held on Nov 01, 15 & 22, 2015. However the dates may change and will be notified accordingly if necessary.

- Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants - 3523 Posts
- Lower Division Clerks - 2049 Posts
- Data Entry Operators - 1006 Posts
- Pay Scale -
- PA / SA - Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400
- LDC - 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900
- DEO - 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900 and 2400
- Essential Educational Qualification - Must have passed 12th Standard examination from a recognized Board.
- AGE Limits: 18-27 years as on 01-08-2015

Selection Mode:
The examination will consist of a Written Examination and Skill Test for the post of Data Entry Operator and Written Test and Typing Test for the post of Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant (PA/SA) and Lower Division Clerk on Computer
scheme of written examination is provided.

Each question will carry 1 Mark and .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Application Fee:
No application fee for Women/ SC/ST/PWD / Ex-servicemen and Rs. 100 for Others.
For Online Application, candidates may pay the fee Online through Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking or Through SBI Challan generated after filling Online Application form.
For Offline Application, Appliaction fee is payable through CRFS Stamp at any of the Post Offices Across country.
How to Apply:
Eligible Candidates with required eligibility criteria may apply online or Offline by 13-07-2015, Extended to 20-07-2015.
For online application, part 1 is to be completed by 11-07-2015, Extended to 17-07-2015 after which part 1 registration facility will be disabled.
Afterwards, candidates must pay the Fee Online and submit scanned photograph and signarture by 13-07-2015, Extended to 20-07-2015 to complete the registration. The fee can also be paid by Challan generated after part 1. It can be paid at any branch of State bank of India.
Online Registration will be completed only after payment is done and scanned signature and photograph are uploaded.
For Offline Applications, Candidates must send the applications so that it reaches the designated Office by 13-07-2015. CRF Fee stamp must be accompanied. No Other documents are required to be sent at this stage along with the form.
Candidates must keep a copy of the completed Online / Offline application forms with themselves for future use.
